First, a shout out to the wonderful Shelbee, who featured my last post on her blog Shelbee On the Edge. Her blog has long been a favorite of mind. She has a style that is inspiring and exhiliarating, and makes me feel quite dull in contrast!
This was a busy week, but we took some time to enjoy being outdoors while the beautiful weather lasts. I wore this gray tunic top previously on the blog, and with it a pair of White House Black Marked leggings that I thrifted for (yes you heard that right) 50 cents! I’m also wearing my orange sneakers for the Common Threads Challenge.
The favorite part of my job — hitting the yard sales. My common threads pieces were both my silver tee shirt and black ankle pants.
I had a quartet rehearsal followed by a performance, for which I had to wear black and white. I added my red corduroy jacket to dress it up.
We hit a cool down on the weather roller coaster, so back out came my blue jeans. I paired these with a thrifted yellow tee shirt and floral cardigan.
And then, back to shorts weather. It’s supposed to hit 80 later in the week, so I’m determined to get another beach day in! My tee shirt and sweater were thrifted.
